Are you ready for the next step in your career?What you will be working onAs a Product Manager or Product Advisor, you will enjoy a dynamic and varied workday, taking a central role in managing our diverse product portfolio throughout its lifecycle. Your daily tasks will range from strategic planning and portfolio management to producing documentation, supporting technical sales, project management, and supporting testing and validation processes. Depending on your qualifications, there may also be opportunities to contribute to R&D activities. You will act as a key expert on our products, bridging the gap between R&D, sales, engineering, customers, and production teams. As Product Manager, you will have personnel and product responsibility in addition to the responsibilities previously mentioned.This role is part of the

product line and reports to the
Product Line Manager .To thrive in this role, you should be proactive, collaborative, responsible, organized and committed to quality. The position offers the opportunity to travel to conferences, customer visits, and exhibitions. You will occasionally join our operators and customers in the field, gaining firsthand experience and insight.ResponsibilitiesFollow the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market needs and technological advancementsBe a part of the product management and contribute to the strategic planningBe a product and domain knowledge expertCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, customer support, sales and marketing, to ensure successful product integration and performanceIdentify and assess new opportunities for product enhancements and market expansionEngage with stakeholders to gather insights, validate product features, and drive continuous improvementsContribute to and facilitate product documentation and certificationsContribute to testing, verification, and validation of product improvements and developmentsQualifications and experienceA bachelor’s degree or higher3+ years of relevant experienceExperience from relevant industries or products is beneficialExperience from complex interconnected systemsFluent in both spoken and written English. Fluency in spoken and written Norwegian is beneficialAt
