Software Developer !Your Responsibilities:Creates software applications with input on design to adhere to designs supporting internal business requirements and external customersCreates test plans and unit tests and executes those for applicationsFollows code review and testing processes, procedures, and plansWrite documentation in code and in issue tracking systems that supports other team membersIntegrates software components and third-party programsRe-engineers and re-platforms as well as more complex enhancements for existing applicationsMaintains, fixes and enhances existing software applications to adhere to designs supporting internal business requirements and external customersProduces clean, efficient code based on coding standardsFollows safe data handling practices and processesFollows secure coding practicesFollows Quality guidelines and proceduresPerforms work in a timely mannerCommunicates status to stakeholdersParticipation in mentoring less experienced staffOther duties and responsibilities as assigned by the leadOff hours and on call duties as necessaryYou Must Have:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience4+ years experience in software development: .NET, C#, SQL, Azure, JiraFlexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessaryStrong attention to detailResourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitudeExcellent oral and written communicationEstablishes and maintains good relationships with internal and external teamsWe Would Also Prefer:Experience with VB6, OpenText Exstream, Compart, SolimarThis location adheres to the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA).
