Our goal is to provide our customers with a wide variety of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu supplies at competitive prices and with superior customer service. We are looking to fill the position of Content Marketing Assistant. The successful candidate will be able to execute their work according to the company's standards and best practices, and work collaboratively with our existing staff.

Responsibilities
General Assistant Tasks
Manage schedules and appointments for the director, photographer, or marketing leader.
Organize and maintain records, contracts, and other important documents.
Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes during brainstorming sessions or project meetings.
Handle travel arrangements and logistics for out-of-town shoots or events.
Coordinate communication between departments and external clients.
Project Management
Assist in developing and managing timelines for campaigns, photo shoots, and marketing projects.
Track progress and deadlines, ensuring all tasks stay on schedule.
Provide regular updates on project statuses and coordinate with team members to identify potential delays or issues.
Organize project files, photos, videos, and other media assets for easy access and retrieval.
Creative Director Assistant Tasks
Help research trends, inspiration, and competitive visuals to support creative ideation.
Prepare mood boards, concept drafts, and mockups to present to the creative team and clients.
Organize and maintain a library of references, props, and creative resources.
Content Development
Assist with brainstorming sessions and note down key ideas for campaigns or projects.
Proofread and edit creative briefs, ensuring they’re clear and aligned with project goals.
Draft initial ideas or outlines for visuals, videos, or other content as needed.
Photographer Assistant Tasks
Set up lighting, cameras, tripods, and other equipment as needed for the shoot.
Help with adjustments to lighting, angles, and framing during the shoot based on the photographer's direction.
Keep track of shoot schedules, shot lists, and ensure each shot meets expectations.
Manage the equipment inventory, ensuring items are stored properly and organized for easy access.
Post-Production Support
Help organize, label, and backup photos immediately after shoots.
Sort and shortlist the best images from each shoot based on pre-set criteria or client requests.
Assist with basic editing tasks like cropping, retouching, and color correction as needed.
Client and Team Communication
Communicate with models, stylists, and clients on set, relaying instructions from the photographer.
Marketing Leader Assistant Tasks
Assist in managing social media platforms by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement.
Help with graphics (creating banners/social media posts).
Organize meetings to discuss campaign strategies, goals, and results with the marketing team.
Content Creation and Analytics
Draft and proofread social media copy, blog posts, and email newsletters.
Monitor campaign performance by tracking metrics like engagement, clicks, conversions, and other KPIs.
Prepare performance reports to present to the marketing leader, highlighting insights and potential improvements.
Market Research
Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and consumer behavior to support marketing strategy.
Gather and analyze feedback from customers, social media, and other sources to improve campaigns and strategies.
Event and Promotion Support
Coordinate logistics for marketing events, trade shows, or promotional campaigns.
Prepare materials for promotions and help distribute assets to the appropriate channels.
Requirements
Proven marketing experience (minimum 2 years)
Working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
Team player with organizational skills
Great communication and interpersonal abilities
Keen eye for detail
High school diploma
