Intuit is hiring a Lead to join the Office of CFO. This role will report to the Head of the Office of CFO, working closely with the CFO and Finance executive team to drive key initiatives and special projects across the finance organization, ensure execution of strategic priorities and serve as a liaison for the CFO with various cross-functional partners. A successful Lead will be a skilled strategic thinker and thought partner, an excellent written and verbal communicator, organized, and strong in project management and prioritization. This person must be a team player, eager to learn and work in a fast-paced and high-expectations environment.Responsibilities

Work across teams to manage business operating rhythm for CFO (team meetings, operating mechanisms, prioritizing and delegating workstreams, etc.)Learn to anticipate CFO’s perspective and thought processes, providing him leverage directly and through your role as liaison with cross-functional partnersManage complex, strategic cross-functional initiatives critical to reaching our bold financial goalsEnsure progress on priority workstreams and follow-through of critical action items; help build decision-making frameworks, deliverables, etc.Provide thought leadership on opportunities for continuous improvement in operational excellencePrepare briefings for meetings with other key internal and external partners (e.g. talking points, historical context, intended outcomes, etc.)Write initial drafts of internal communications, or proof and advise on content, org communications, and presentations. Partner on external communications (e.g. Investor Day, Earnings Calls, forums).Qualifications

5+ years of experience, ideally in management consulting, investment banking, corporate tech, chief of staff roles, or investing (VC/PE), with significant exposure to executive audiencesExcellent verbal and written communicator with focus on crisp, concise, and effective communicationExperience working directly with people at all levels, including building trusted advisor relationships with C-suite level executives and acting as a liaison between teams and leadershipStrong financial acumenEnergized by complex problems and ambiguity, with experience breaking complex problems down into manageable parts, and devising effective solutionsExperience multi-tasking under tight timelines and shifting priorities, and comfort flexing between analytical, strategic, and operational aspects of the jobSuperior organizational skills and an ‘owner’s mindset’ with commitment to delivering a high-quality work product and adapting as needed to accomplish the goal
