In this role, you will work directly with senior-level staff to manage administrative elements of the bid and proposal process for federal requests for proposals (RFPs). You will support administrative processes and streamline tasks to help foster an efficient proposal process. Under the guidance of senior-level and director level team members, this role will also support Econometrica's growing business development team by maintaining proposal related databases, performing data entry, managing documents, maintaining records and developing templates.A successful candidate for this position is extremely organized, detail-oriented, excels at written and verbal communication, and can work independently and with small and large teams. This candidate is also flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work outside of normal business hours.For consideration, please submit a cover letter along with your resume that describes your experience related to the following responsibilities. Responsible for coordinating proposals and managing related process. This includes leading administrative volumes, building and follow through for timelines.Manage and refine BD process. Develop BD related trainings.Liaise with and manage the workflow of teams with 0-20 members, including technical staff, writers, editors, contract team members, and external teams.Review proposal solicitations (e.g., Request for Proposals (RFPs), Task Order Request for Proposals (TORPs)) and pull critical information to share with the team via virtual meeting.Work in and develop supporting proposal documents and supporting volumes.Support proposal capture and research.Support and/or develop technical sections, such as staffing sections, management plans, org charts, and Gantt charts/timelines.Lead data calls and document collection from internal and external team members.Represent Econometrica to external clients and teaming partners through submission of questions, deliverables, letters, and intent notices.Support proposal leads in conducting compliance reviews and alignment across proposal volumes.Work with the Business Development and Communications teams to develop and maintain marketing materials (e.g., social media posts, flyers, factsheets) for promoting Econometrica to external clients and teaming partners.Search for opportunities and track opportunity progression.Manage tracking for proposal bids, teaming partners, and clients.Attend meetings for internal business development and marketing strategies; provide meeting summaries and support action items, as needed.Schedule and host BD related meetings.Conduct business development and marketing research to help implement Econometrica's overall business development strategies.What You Bring to the Table
Proficiency in MS Office (with emphasis on MS Word) and Outlook, and willingness to learn advanced features to support proposal documents and business development materials.Desire to learn about Federal contracting and all elements of the proposal life cycle (pre-, active, and post-).Experience in Salesforce.Ability to interact with teaming partners, internal stakeholders, and potential clients.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organization skills.Desire to work in a dynamic team environment and the ability to work on multiple projects with a flexible mindset.Ability to self-motivate, learn new tasks, and work independently, as well as work within a team structure.Follows through with commitments and fosters mutual trust with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.Education and Experience
