Strategic GoalDrive and execute the Global Procurement data and analytics strategy, leveraging Invesco’s newly implemented source to contract technologies, to deliver a holistic reporting suite across Invesco’s third party spend that drives Procurement and business decisions.Key Responsibilities / Duties:Drive data strategy – Build an agile and scalable procurement analytics ecosystem covering spend and category analytics, strategic sourcing, contract management, risk identification and assessment and savings enablement.Champion a data-driven culture – Through creation and execution of reports and insights that inform procurement decisions and assist in the development of innovative procurement and category management strategies, policies and processes.Lead advanced analytics initiatives – Partner with key procurement and business partners to determine their needs. Working with Finance, Technology and other Invesco teams as required, provide reporting solutions and dashboards that meet those needs.Create TPRM Risk reports and dashboards which will be used to present findings to key stakeholders. Evaluate trends throughout the data, identify emerging risks and outliers.Partner with TPRM and Risk teams to understand data requirements and develop repeatable custom reporting.Continuous improvement – Monitor the usage and effectiveness of analytics suite, identifying and delivering on opportunities to enhance the procurement reports and dashboards, leveraging automation.Enhance and maintain procurement KPIs and performance metrics – Gather and analyze key procurement data to create/enhance metrics to report results which drive procurement strategy and multi-year planning.Bring insights – Establish and utilize network to keep abreast of industry best practice and drive innovation.Work Experience / Knowledge:Deep experience of procurement processes and practices across Category Management, Sourcing Strategy, Procurement Operations, Contract Lifecycle Management, Requisition to Pay and Supplier Risk, particularly for indirect spend.Experience of leading projects, especially transformation and change management activities.Digital mindset and a dedication to user experience.Strong communication and influencing skills, ability to network internally and externally.Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, as needed.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to deliver clear, well-structured presentations: Senior Executive Level presence is required.Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence others without authority.Self-driven, results oriented, and motivated to work effectively.Strong project management and team leadership skills.Strong analytical and financial skills.Ability to concurrently manage and prioritize multiple projects.Good command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Formal Education:Bachelor Degree: Advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related areas are desirable, or equivalent demonstrable professional experience.Workplace Model
