Role SummaryLocksmith Animation is seeking a savvy EA to be responsible for providing seamless support for the day-to-day activities undertaken by multiple senior executives in a vibrant, storytelling-driven animation studio.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Support the President of Production and the Chief Operating OfficerCore responsibilities for assigned executives include:

General problem solving and proactive planning of needsCalendar management, including:

Managing complex schedules across multiple time zones with internal and external parties, often balancing strict demands of high-level filmmakers and studio headsKeeping execs on scheduleEnsuring execs have prep time for critical projects and meetings

Meeting coordination, including:

Meeting set upGathering of agenda items for standing meetingsCoordination and occasional creation of assets, decks, and presentation materials (PowerPoint and Keynote)Meeting minutes as neededArranging meals as needed

Internal and external correspondence management, including:

Screening and responding to incoming calls and correspondenceMaintaining call logWelcoming visitors and “gatekeeping” as needed

Expense & travel management, including:

Arranging travel plansCompiling documents for travel-related meetingsCreating and coordinating expense report submissionsArranging travel agendas

Process improvement and ways to make work more efficient

Responsible for the logistics of the leadership team attending company and external events, including screenings, studio pitches, press tours, film premieres, off-sites, festivals, and conferences, supporting in person if required.Responsible for ground support for the US Executive team when they travel to the UK office.Partner with the US EA to ensure seamless support of the executive team.Other duties as needed.Position Requirements:Significant experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally handling more than one senior-level executivePrevious experience in animation, entertainment, pop culture, or production/filmmaking, or interest in the industry is idealStrong proven proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe, Teams) required.Knowledge of Keynote and PowerPoint is helpful.Solution-oriented, resourceful individual who is proactive and able to anticipate needs while working across multiple executivesProven ability to work independently with minimal direction, requiring utmost discretion and confidentialityHighly organized, detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and anticipate problems and conflicts in advanceStrong interpersonal skills and ability to interface with varied levels of internal and external management, talent, and staffExperience working in a rapidly changing business environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work flexible hours to accommodate multi-national office dynamicsWillingness to travel from time to time (within Europe or to the US) if neededCurrent hybrid work pattern is Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday in the office with Monday and Friday remote unless EA is required to be in the officeAbout Us:Locksmith Animation is a top-tier animation studio that develops and produces high-quality features and series from their hubs in the UK and the US.
