Site Continuous Improvement Leader Senior
for our New Berlin, WI location. This plant is a $45M business, with 70+ associates. This is a critical role to drive growth-focused operations strategy and provides hands-on leadership to a cross-functional team. The Site Continuous Improvement Leader Senior drives operational excellence for the site.Directly reporting to this position could be RBS technicians and directly influencing all areas of the location.This position will support the organization in achieving SQDC (safety, quality, delivery, cost-competitiveness) through the effective application of the Regal Business System tools and methodologies, allowing the plant to drive top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profitability. The leader will help develop and implement long and short-term strategic plans to meet the plants' Targets to Improve (TTIs), drive significant plant Key Performance Indicator (KPI) improvements, and partner closely with the site management teams while supporting the application of the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) which includes 80/20 methodologies and Continuous Improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence & Effective Problem SolvingPartner with EHS manager to maintain a safe work environment that is compliant with all regulations.Work with the leadership team to understand current site business objectives and financial targets, develop a vision for the site's future operational/growth needs, and implement a plan to achieve those outcomes.Provide subject matter expertise across the organization to assess current processes and identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.Lead and implement process improvement across the value stream to drive SQDCG measures utilizing lean concepts.Manage a robust Regal Business System review process for selecting, scoping, and prioritizing improvement initiatives.Recognized as a leader with the ability to identify, diagnose, and solve complex business problems.Coach, mentor, and train site/functional members on continuous improvement methods.Drive and exemplify a positive attitude in problem-solving and team alignment.Serve as a vital resource and coach for guiding process improvement and Regal Business System deployment.Effectively engage, coach, and communicate with all levels of the organization.Analyze and assess business metrics and processes to develop impactful improvement strategies.Identify, coach, and engage talent across the business to leverage RBS Continuous Improvement tools.Train, mentor, and build continuous improvement skills across the organization.Talent ManagementDevelop a high-performance team by engaging, influencing, and training team members.Professional Experience/QualificationsMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
