As a Unifier Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing and coordinating all Unifier entries from six contractors, including submittals, RFIs, contract documents, and correspondence. You will process all coordinated documentation within Unifier, lead discussions, and implement the administration of any and all new policies and procedures within Unifier. You will mandate adherence to prescribed procedures by all contractors and PDEs for uniformity of system policy. You will lead all communication among pertinent parties to identify and resolve any arising issues or conflicts. In your role as Power User, you will be responsible for identifying and correcting any mistakes by contractors and PDEs. Upon issuance of new tasks, you will assign responsible parties to handle compliant communication and all data processing. You will produce weekly reports to identify issues and ensure those issues are resolved in a timely manner. Additionally, you will train and develop new users as they are added to Unifier and be responsible for training new contractors, PDEs, and all staff, including High Priority office.The Data Analyst may also support other projects and/or internal company business.Benefits:
