We’re hiring a full-time
Managing Director
of our Homeownership Division.
As Managing Director, you’ll lead New Hampshire Housing’s mission to expand homeownership opportunities across the state. In this role, you will:
Design, implement, and administer a wide range of homeownership programs to support homeownership for prospective homebuyers and advance NH Housing’s mission.
Lead and support the Homeownership team in managing mortgage programs, educational initiatives, business development, and loan servicing through a sub-servicer to ensure seamless, mission-driven operations.
Spearhead NH Housing’s efforts to create policies and marketing strategies that serve historically underserved groups, expanding partnerships with lenders and realtors who represent diverse communities.
Develop, and execute business development and marketing strategies to drive program growth, building connections with lenders, realtors, nonprofits, industry stakeholders, and prospective homebuyers.
Serve as the primary contact for the Homeownership Division, engaging with the Management Team, Board of Directors, and the Board’s Homeownership Committee to ensure alignment and strategic collaboration.
Your experience, skills, and education should include:
Comprehensive knowledge of residential mortgage lending, mortgage insurance, insurer/guarantor guidelines, secondary market functions including regulatory and compliance requirements.
Expert ability to develop staff and communicate performance expectations clearly and consistently.
Thorough knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to the field, including anti-money laundering, Fair Lending, TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID), customer complaint resolution, and data protection/security requirements.
Education: twelve years relevant work experience, Master’s Degree in a related field preferred.
For training purposes, the first six months of work will be in the office. Intermittent remote work available after that time.
