We are seeking driven, sharp and results-oriented Account Executives to join our early sales team. You will own the entire sales cycle–including sourcing, managing a high volume of opportunities and closing deals. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in B2B SaaS sales, operates at an extremely fast pace and has a customer-centric mindset. This role is based in our San Francisco HQ.

Identify and screen potential customers, managing a high volume of sales cycles simultaneously, from prospecting and discovery to demo and closing.

Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with unwavering intensity, ensuring a continuous flow of highly qualified leads and opportunities.

Rapidly identify key stakeholders within client organizations, creating a coalition to champion 11x's solutions and effectively address their critical pain points.

Articulate the unique value proposition of 11x’s current and expanding product range, aligning powerful solutions with customer needs and future challenges.

Address customer pain points, delivering innovative solutions that drive significant business growth and value.

Forge strong alliances with cross-functional teams, including customer success and product, to ensure an exceptional and seamless customer experience.

About You

4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with proven success in prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals,

consistently exceeding sales targets (e.g., Presidents Club, MVP, or top 10% performance).

You have a track record of closing 20+ deals per quarter averaging $30K ACV, with a consultative, analytical approach.

You are skilled in managing fast sales cycles and engaging technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

You have excellent communication and project management skills, confidently presenting to a variety of audiences (mid-market executives, founders, etc) and handling simultaneous, high-volume sales pipeline.

You can navigate ambiguity confidently, making quick, informed decisions and adjusting as the company evolves.

You have a ‘no task is too big or too small’ mindset and will roll up your sleeve to get the job done.

You’re highly entrepreneurial with a passion for experimenting and iterating on new ideas to find what works.

This is not an entry-level or recent grad role. We are looking for experienced, coachable and self-driven Account Executives to be a part of 11x’s early sales team.
