As a Customer Success Manager at 11x, you’ll be at the heart of our client relationships, ensuring our customers experience the full value of our AI-powered solutions. You will be responsible for driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth by providing high-touch customer support, managing client projects, and identifying opportunities to expand their use of our technology. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the onboarding process, troubleshooting issues, and helping them maximize the potential of 11x’s solutions.This role is based in our San Francisco HQ.

Drive a successful onboarding and implementation of 11x's AI solutions for new clients, serving as clients'
first and primary point of contact.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their goals and challenges.
Proactively manage client accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional solutions.
Identify, track, and resolve client issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Act as a bridge between customers and our product engineering team to help improve and refine our product offerings.
About You
2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in SaaS or AI, with a solid understanding of growth and retention strategies.
You have excellent relationship-building, communication, and project management skills - with the ability to manage multiple clients maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to innovate and solve problems, with a passion for helping clients succeed.
You are a proactive team player who thrives in fast-paced environments, collaborating effectively across teams and focusing on delivering results for clients.
You have a familiarity with AI and tech solutions (knowledge of automation technologies is a plus).
You can navigate ambiguity confidently, making quick, informed decisions and adjusting as the company evolves.
You have a ‘no task is too big or too small’ mindset and will roll up your sleeve to get the job done.
You’re highly entrepreneurial with a passion for experimenting and iterating on new ideas to find what works.
