LOCATION AND SCHEDULE:This position is based on site in Las Vegas, Nevada.Hybrid schedule, onsite 2-3 days per week in Las Vegas.Local candidates to Las Vegas, Nevada.Please Note: No c2c, no third-party inquiries, unable to sponsor now, unable to sponsor in future, this is not a 100 percent remote position.
POSITION SUMMARY:We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented Retail Operations Analyst to support and enhance our retail operations. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient inventory management and supporting the implementation of new operational systems, including ERP and point of sale (POS) systems, across our retail stores. This is a unique chance to make a significant impact on a growing company by improving operational efficiency and driving the success of our retail markets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor utilization data to establish order plans aligned with department goals and ensure adequate stock levels of consignment and non-consignment inventory.Coordinate effectively with the Area Sales Manager regarding customer accounts, operational issues, and feedback.Prepare, complete, and distribute system-generated reports as required.Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy for each location.Maintain a clean and safe working environment.Assist with other projects and duties as needed, providing solutions through appropriate channels.Responsible for inventory planning, scheduling, and control.Oversee physical inventories, cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.Coordinate with purchasing to schedule parts' purchases and ensure adequate inventory and storage based on usage specifications.Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner.Document and control aged and damaged products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in Retail inventory management, operations with ERP and POS systemsSolid understanding of inventory management best practices.Hands-on experience with ERP systems and point of sale (POS) systems.1-3 years of hands-on experience working with operational systems in the retail industry.Experience with leading operational platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, SAP, or similar systems.
