Job Summary:As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to the HR department in various areas, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations. You will assist in maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and implementing HR policies and procedures.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience working in an HR role or similar administrative position.Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.Responsibilities:

Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining onboarding materials.Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.Support training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions and tracking attendance.Assist in employee relations matters and help resolve employee conflicts or issues.Participate in HR projects and initiatives related to process improvements and policy updates.Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.Benefits:
