Audit Program Lead

MUST
• 5 years of related experience in planning, conducting, and documenting audits.• Experience with Financial statements audits.• Experience with FISMA and internal audits.• Experience with internal audits including IT and cybersecurity.• Experience in responding and tracking to Prepared/Provided by Client action items.• Experience in writing clear, concise, and detailed findings and recommendations including corrective action plans (CAP).• Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal, both formal and informal.• 2 years of government contracting experience preferred.• 2+ years of experience preferred working in enterprise Information Technology, government IT, or financial organizations.• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, IT, or related discipline.
DUTIES
• Provide technical, managerial, and administrative direction for the implementation of the Audit program using industry best practices and methodologies.• Perform an analysis of historical audit results and lessons-learned and develop short- and long-term projects that will mature the Audit and Compliance services and activities.• Development of a categorization methodology for all audit activities, repeatable processes and templates for each categorization type to enable proactive, efficient, timely, and accurate audits.• Support all external and internal audit engagements to include A-123, FISMA, annual Financial Statement and quality management audits.• Conduct readiness review of customer systems in preparation for both external and internal audits.• Accurately respond to all Prepared/Provided by Client (PBC) list as required.• Track and remediate all IT/IT Security notice of findings and recommendations (NFRs).• Develop, track, and remediate all IT/IT Security corrective action plans (CAPs).• Attend and facilitate all meetings in support of customers' external and internal audit engagements.• Develop trending analysis report of audit findings, corrective actions, and remediation.
