We are seeking a dynamic Product Lead/General Manager to own and scale our second product, Jordan. Your mission is to establish Jordan as the leading AI sales voice product in the industry, turning our proven early product-market fit into category leadership. The ideal candidate embodies founder DNA–able to set a visionary strategy while executing the day to day, has a track record of taking strategic yet ambitious bets, and shows a commercial mindset. (CEO) and has full P&L responsibility for Jordan–you will have the autonomy of a founder with the resources of a scaling fast-growing company.This role is based in our San Francisco HQ.

Lead a standalone business unit within 11x, owning and scaling Jordan to become the dominant AI Sales Voice product in the industry.About You

You embody founder DNA and operate with high agency and speed. Successful candidates may have started and scaled their own business before or had experience as early employees at rocketship companies.You have experience building, shipping and scaling B2B products in early-stage, fast-growing companies (‘0 to 1’, '1-10', and so on), having a strong commercial instinct to sell, price and position features.You are equally skilled in strategy and execution, can set an ambitious vision while also executing the day to day.You are customer obsessed and will spend at least 30% of your time talking to users to improve the product.You may have prior experience in conversation AI or voice technologies, or have built products in the sales tech or revenue tools spaces.You can navigate ambiguity confidently, making quick, informed decisions and adjusting as the company evolves.You have a ‘no task is too big or too small’ mindset and will roll up your sleeve to get the job done.You’re highly entrepreneurial with a passion for experimenting and iterating on new ideas to find what works.
