and speak with us!An Overview of the RoleThe Ceva Veterinary Sales Territory Manager is a bright, self-motivated, results-oriented sales driver. They are responsible for leveraging relationships and growing business in an assigned geography by selling the full line of Ceva's Companion Animal products in veterinary clinics.The ideal candidate is driven, proactive, professional, and solutions-minded. They lead with passion and seek to understand the daily challenges of our customers.Perks of the JobCompetitive base salary and variable compensationSales specific Career Ladder for development and promotion within the roleCompany provided vehicle and fuel cardCompany provided credit card and expense accountFlexible scheduleHigh levels of autonomy - you run your territory like a business!How You Will ContributeDevelops a sales plan to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives through analysis of current sales revenue, market share, competitive activity, and opportunity.Schedules appointments, meets with critical account staff, makes sales presentations, closes on business, and takes orders.Creates a high-level of confidence in the Ceva product range.Influences the entire healthcare team to recommend and sell Ceva products to clients.Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, making recommendations to management.Minimum Requirements and QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree.Work Experience: 3-5 years proven track record in outside sales strongly preferred.Other: Must have an acceptable driving record.Physical Requirements and Working ConditionsMust be willing and able to travel in plane or car for up to 8 hours per day.Primary work location is making sales calls within a veterinary clinic.
