Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation.As a Product Delivery Manager in the Payment Network Office (PNO), you work to enhance and optimize the way payment networks are managed and governed. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.As a Product Delivery Manager within the Payment Network Office, you will be responsible for enhancing and optimizing the management and governance of payment networks. As a crucial part of the team, you will develop solutions and efficiencies that facilitate successful and organized implementations. In this Vice President role, you will oversee the payment networks such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc., as part of the Payment Network Office's Governance team. Your role will ensure network and Payment Network Office compliance with JPMorgan Chase's Third Party Oversight program and will be accountable for minimizing the bank's exposure by proactively identifying and addressing emerging risks. You will also facilitate collaboration among key stakeholders across the Corporate and Investment Bank and Consumer and Community Banking divisions, as well as externally with the payment networks.Job responsibilitiesWork in collaboration with other PNO sub-teams, Control Partners, business stakeholders and network contacts (as applicable) to create, establish and maintain governance frameworks which hold all parties accountable to contract terms on a proactive basisMonitoring and reporting payment network/brand performance per contractual obligations to mitigate any potential risk to JPMC businessesSupporting the development of a process for audit functions between various JPMorgan Chase businesses and the payment networks/brandsContinuously and proactively identifying ways to improve PNO control frameworks/governance processes and proceduresDriving an environment of risk and control; escalating issues to management as neededContribute to business climate and culture, encouraging integrity, respect, excellence and innovationLeads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordinationLeads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsEffectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partnersRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise with the payment network brands and/or within merchant servicesDemonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activitiesStrong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processesProven experience in governance, control or risk managementStrong written and verbal communications skillsStrong interpersonal skills and a team player who can collaborate effectivelyAbility to work effectively and multitask successfully in fast-paced and complex business environmentPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsSome background in or experience with internal/external audits and/or legal/contract languageFamiliarity and/or working knowledge of payment network rulesSpecialized knowledge of merchant acquiring business
