As a member of the UC organization, you’ll support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (IoT), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS, including support for customers who require specialized security solutions for their cloud services.The Amazon Software Builder Experience (ASBX) organization has a mission of creating the world’s best builder experience across tens of thousands of software engineers, and all Amazon businesses (e.g., AWS, Amazon Stores, etc.). Our Builder Tools team in ASBX owns the software development tools Amazon software teams use to develop, release, and manage their software. Collect data and feedback on current issues preventing release automationOwn the definition and delivery of Amazon-wide programs that improve the software delivery release processInfluence company-wide priorities for software teams by engaging with software leaders (VPs, Directors, Principals) across the companyCollaborate with development tool owners to align on tool improvements, priority, and delivery timelineWork directly with software teams to ensure their successMeasure the impact and success of Amazon-wide programsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of technical product or program management experience7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience3+ years of software development experience5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experienceExperience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedulesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experienceExperience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedulesExperience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadershipAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
