As a
Senior Product Marketing Manager , you will play a meaningful role in driving our business goals and go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Adobe Commerce. You will apply a deep understanding of customer needs and technology to help shape the product direction and drive sales, product adoption, and customer success. What you'll Do
Define GTM strategies for key Adobe Commerce product areas and initiatives to achieve business goals. Collaborate with product teams to develop and refine the product roadmap to address customer needs and new opportunities. Empower Adobe sellers and partners to demonstrate customer value and win deals with compelling sales strategies, resources, and enablement. Build presentations, demo scripts, videos, case studies, value proof points, business models, competitor battle cards, and more. Drive customer adoption and success by developing product resources, use case implementation guides, technical and practitioner tutorials and training, and in-depth customer examples. Evangelize Adobe Commerce through public speaking, analyst briefings, and thought leadership (blogs, articles, social media). Develop positioning and high-impact messaging that sets us apart in the market. Support deals and customer engagements as a subject matter authority and strategist. Lead cross-functional initiatives with marketing, pricing and packaging, finance, partner management, and sales to hit growth targets. What you need to succeed
4+ years in product marketing, preferably with enterprise software or SaaS services. Ideal candidate has previous Product Management experience and strong technical background. Excellent written and verbal skills, able to influence and communicate with business and technical audiences. Uses creative and innovative approaches to tell our story. Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives. Highly collaborative team member and problem solver with shown success in dynamic and highly matrixed environments. Analytical orientation. Uses data for better decision making, to analyze business trends, and identify growth opportunities. Detail oriented with the ability to run multiple projects that have different timelines and team members. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
