The Acquisition and Checkout Growth GTM team is seeking a Senior GTM Growth Manager who is passionate about product growth, experimentation, data-driven insights, and driving measurable results through customer centric growth initiatives and delivering business value.In this role, you will partner with multiple cross-functional internal teams including product, growth marketing, commerce platform product, engagement and product marketing, sales, legal, data science, and design teams to plan, build, and launch growth programs. Being skilled with data, you will drive the analytical insights vital to understand our customer's needs and improve impact while determining how to get things done by understanding platform technology and driving the initiatives independently while working through others. You are self-motivated, diligent, enjoy solving problems, building growth programs with light supervision, and building positive relationships and credibility with collaborators based on your intellectual curiosity and value addition.What you'll Do

Own quarterly and annual revenue goals grounded in driving impactful growth initiatives.Ensure proactive cross-functional alignment in line with the key strategic business priorities.Drive go-to-market strategies by planning, executing, and scaling growth programs.Inform and influence product growth partners to build their quarterly roadmaps based on valuable insights and conviction rooted in data and customer-first approach.Be responsible for the promotions and incentive strategies for encouraging conversion, retention, and winback.Work with quantitative and qualitative data teams to deeply understand the audience and use cases to advise the strategy, rollout decisions, optimizations, and measurement.Design and implement test plans to understand drivers of conversion and adoption.Be responsible for end-to-end strategy and execution across product, operations, business, and analytics teams to ensure on-time and impactful launches.Demonstrate clear communication, sound leadership, critical thinking, and executional excellence.What you need to succeed

7-10 years of experience in marketing, GTM, PMM, growth, data analytics, or product.BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.Experience with A/B testing and lift measurement.Experience influencing and providing direction to cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, sales, product, and design to implement and evaluate growth initiatives.Solid understanding of SQL, Python, Databricks, etc.Highly analytical with outstanding self-serve data analytics skills for opportunity sizing and sensitivity analysis.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $117,900 -- $209,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
