Lecturer - Innovation and Design - Haas School of BusinessThe Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley is generating an applicant pool of qualified temporary instructors to teach courses in Innovation and Design (innovation strategy, economics of innovation, product management, new product development, rapid prototyping, competitive strategy in high tech sectors, design thinking) as a lecturer should an opening arise. The pool will remain in place for one year.General Duties:Holding office hoursAssigning gradesAdvising studentsPreparing course materialsThe Haas School of Business is committed to creating an inclusive environment, one that is supportive of all individuals, regardless of background. Basic Qualifications:
The minimum qualification to be an applicant is a Bachelor Degree or equivalent international degree at time of application.Preferred Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in the professional practice of design thinking, product management, new product development, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and/or relevant expertise in corporate innovation, strategy and competition in high technology business, government innovation policy, or not-for-profit organizations concerned with social impacts of science, technology and innovation, by start date. Higher education teaching experience and advanced degree by start date are preferred.Application Requirements
