Air Liquide Large Industries provides our customers with industrial gas and energy solutions that are vital to their own industrial production. We own and operate over 2,000 miles of industrial gas pipelines in the U.S. supplying mainly oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen and syngas in large quantities from multiple production sources to major customers in the chemicals, petrochemicals, refining and steel industries. Our pipeline operations and industrial gas production facilities are closely monitored 24/7 within our leading-edge operations control center located in Houston, Texas. Our operations control group monitors over 89,000 data points and assists with product supply and coordination. We are constantly optimizing our supply network to provide high reliability and energy efficiencies allowing Air Liquide to adjust supply needs more quickly and effectively enabling growth to our customers.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?The Process Deployment Lead is a member of NAM E2E Center and reports to the E2E Director. The position is located in Houston, TX. The role is expected to conclude after 12 months and will start on January 1st, 2025.
Review existing local Standard Operating Procedures (local SOPs) and Group E2E mandatory processes and document gaps. Modify/update local SOPs to reflect mandatory process requirements. Prepare training materials which convey changes to process to ensure awareness and understanding.
Identify data needed to comply with mandatory processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identify all data sources and/or gaps in data required to perform processes or to evaluate mandatory KPIs. Gather, organize and ensure access to data within local systems to allow for effective analysis of value creation and identification of process opportunities in the NAM cluster(s).
Assist E2E Director to ensure that the mechanics of the various processes are correctly implemented. Track implementation progress in a clear and accurate manner.
Make sure, with the assistance of the E2E Process Manager, that decision-makers and accountabilities are clearly established and documented for the NAM cluster including the interfaces between the NAM Cluster and Airgas Cluster, as well as E2E and peripheral teams/stakeholders with accountabilities in the processes.
Develops and maintains project schedule to ensure on timely delivery of all E2E initiative targets.
Assists Process Manager on multiple priorities simultaneously.
Supports E2E Process Manager in overall project reporting to the Group. This includes monitoring and measuring value created by the implementation of the processes.
Supports E2E cluster Process Manager in the check that the various interfaces (with product management, etc.) and 'close the loop' mechanisms are implemented.
Work with Global process managers & D&IT to ensure data for KPIs and processes are well available in the cluster.
Are you a MATCH?Educational & Work Requirements
5+ years of experience in Air Liquide/Airgas in one or more areas of the supply chain.
Very good knowledge of industrial operations, both in PP & Bulk.
Good understanding of gas and liquid supply chain from production to merchant customer.
Physical Requirements
Ability to travel as needed, including internationally.
Can be consulted 24/7 by LI leadership team.
Able to wear FRC clothing and other PPE.
