Time left to apply: End Date: November 26, 2024 (13 days left to apply)Job Requisition ID: R113853Job Description:Sr P&O DirectorAs the Sr P&O Director at Mars, you would be responsible for leading development and implementation of local HR policies fitting overall HR policies, leading the generalists team in delivering HR services, supporting the business, and influencing policies from an HR point of view.What are we looking for?Master's Degree or Equivalent Level.Ideally, you’ll have over 15 years’ experience that enables the job holder to provide leadership to others regarding work-related systems, processes, and challenges.We want someone who is over 10 years experienced in strategic management and leadership across company functions directing substantial resources over long-time frames.What will be your key responsibilities?Partner with the P&O VP & POLT members to establish and deploy short and long-term strategies in the areas of culture, talent, and organizational development to drive business success; ensure the people agenda is deployed and effectively actioned while driving a balance of business and associate advocacy across our Demand & Corporate Functions.Use Organizational Development (OD) principles and data analytics to guide rigorous people plans and strategies for demand & corporate functions that support business growth and associate development/engagement; develop and engage in appropriate OD interventions that strengthen the health of the organization and enable a high-performance culture.Build effective partnerships with the broader P&O enterprise, including MyP&O and all Centers of Expertise (ex.
