to join our Bakken team. This full-time position reports directly to the managing Partners and will be responsible for supporting revenue targets, managing clients and attorneys at the firm.We Need Your Drive and PrecisionAre you a detail-oriented, client-focused attorney with the ability to lead a team of attorneys in our Bakken group? Successful partners in this role possess the ability to review work and manage projects. People will be a priority, whether it be managing clients or the attorneys on their team.As our ideal candidate, you possess subject matter expertise in oil and gas law. At Oliva Gibbs, your dedication and precision will be paramount as you collaborate with senior attorneys to consistently provide timely and accurate solutions to our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management: Manage attorneys on the team and the projects they are working on. This includes the ability to review title opinions and other legal work from the team at an elevated level.Subject Matter Expert: Generating content to hand off to the marketing team.Client Management & Growth: Staying engaged with clients and exhibiting our core value of an Excellent Client Experience, while also expanding clients and generating new work.Position RequirementsJuris Doctor and an active license in states active in the Bakken play.10+ years experience drafting title opinions in North Dakota and conducting Due Diligence.5+ years managing clients.5+ years providing the final review prior to the work being handed off to the client.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Proficiency in technology platforms.Strong organizational skills, proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, analyze, organize, attention to detail, and follow through.Commitment to excellent client and employee service.What We BringExcellent benefits including healthcare (health, dental, vision and more) and additional insurance options, flex holidays and 401K match program.Market base salary + bonus potential.A commitment to employee satisfaction and a culture that values our employees lives inside and outside of the office with options for a hybrid work environment and a progressive PTO policy.Core ValuesOur core values include an unparalleled client experience, a passion for learning and a culture of collaboration.
