Job Summary:
Capgemini is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation Lead to join their team in a techno-functional capacity. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing multi-cultural teams, engaging with business users, identifying areas for improvement, and coordinating testing efforts. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly within compensation modules, and proven experience in guiding teams and leading discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead techno-functional teams to implement and optimize Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation solutions.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and map out a comprehensive solution.
Conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare requirements documentation, and ensure alignment with business needs.
Design and execute fast formulas specific to compensation rules and payroll elements.
Develop functional designs and collaborate with offshore teams on implementation and testing.
Ensure seamless interaction with dependent modules during compensation implementation.
Support compensation-related configurations, enhancements, and customization requests.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation implementations for global clients across multiple geographies.
Strong expertise in Base Compensation, Workforce Compensation, Individual Compensation, and Total Rewards.
At least 3-4 completed Oracle Cloud HCM projects in a techno-functional role.
Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements, fit-gap analysis, and solution mapping.
Experience in implementing payroll and absence modules (preferred).
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to resolve complex issues.
Preferred Skills:
Active Oracle Cloud HCM Certifications in Compensation module.
Familiarity with page customizations and Redwood Design Studio for Oracle Cloud HCM.
Knowledge in Absence and Compensation modules.
