Milestone Technologies is currently hiring for a Product Security Services Lead to work onsite in Seattle, Washington.How You Will Make an Impact:Provides guidance and direction for the planning, development, and execution of Secure Storage Spaces for critical assets associated with high level projects to mitigate any leaks, theft, or utilizes standard operating procedures to direct product security for critical assets that involve IP and Confidential Information on and off campuses.Drives procedures for any operations within the Product Security Services Team that will mitigate the potential leak, theft, or loss of critical assets and IP related products.Follows all continuity and consistency of business best practices between GPS, IP & CP, and Global Security team verticals. Ensures the GPS strategy and vision is carried out across all IP & CP domains.Project planning and execution during product development cycle.Coordinate, plan, and direct daily IP & CP Security Operations for the following:Media content initiatives (photo/video shoots/testimonials/product launches).Campus secure moves.Data Collection.User Studies.Events Secure Storage Spaces.Critical Asset Protection.Security Service Provider (SSP) management.Prepare operations orders, daily activity reports, and conduct after action reviews.Coordinate directly with SSPs and Vendors to schedule and staff projects that require physical on-site presence.Support the building & improving of security operations using best practices in risk management, physical security and security management.Work with Facebook project teams to plan and execute IP security for confidential projects.Perform site assessments for satellite locations, M&A, and research centers.Survey and provide thoughtful solutions / after actions to the Product Security Manager.Understanding of the convergence of security (digital, cyber, info, personnel, physical security and how they work in concert).What You Will Need to Succeed:High School Diploma or GED.3+ years' experience in a Project Management role or function within the tech and/or security industry (cyber/info/physical/personnel).1+ year of experience managing a team in some capacity.Strong background with tech integration and logistics planning.Strong IT skills and knowledge including hardware, software and networks.Experience with secure logistics movements with inventory tracking and management.Building and maintaining relationships with external business partners and vendor management.Site vulnerability and threat assessments.Possess a high level of emotional intelligence.Must be able to write clearly and succinctly in technical and non-technical formats and possess excellent computer skills and comprehension of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs.Ability to handle Ad-hoc tasks and on-call responsibilities as needed.Experience and understanding within the Fintech industry dealing with blockchain and cryptocurrency.Certified Protection Professional Certification.Experience and knowledge of C-TPAT, AEO, TAPA, NIST and other industry and/or government security programs.Experience with working in an international environment and amongst various business cultures.Project Management Professional Certification.Ability to travel (including internationally) with little notice to accomplish assignments and responsibilities.
