The American Lawyer .The Manager of Business Intelligence & Analytics will assist in gathering requirements, designing, developing, execution and on-going maintenance of both analytical data models and front-end reporting products and dashboards.The Manager will partner cross-functionally within the finance organization including FP&A, Pricing, Accounting, and the broader finance teams to identify, manage, and provide thought leadership on robust analytical tools and reporting solutions.What You Will Do:Design, develop, and build high-quality data visualization, reporting, and analytical solutions.Maintain existing dashboards and reporting products; enhance the quality, functionality, and performance of current solutions.Transform disparate data sources and reports into scalable and repeatable analysis and/or dashboard products.Ensure highest standard of data integrity and quality through development of robust and automated quality control processes.Partner with attorneys and GO! Team members to identify critical business initiatives and challenges that can be supported through in-depth analysis and creation of repeatable data products.Who You Are:Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar).Minimum of 5+ years’ work experience in business intelligence/analytics role, preferably with some exposure to legal or professional services.Experience executing within complex data projects with multiple work streams and stakeholders.Experience working with Finance and HR systems (e.g. Aderant, Oracle, SAP, Workday).Demonstrated proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, Thoughtspot).
