Workday Senior HR Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst
to join our HR team. This position is designated as
hybrid (3 days/week in office)
and can be
located in any one of our major U.S. offices, preferably within the eastern or central time zones.The Workday HRIS Analyst is a strategic leader who partners with business executives and management to deliver comprehensive HR support.Job Overview:The HRIS Analyst is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing the Workday system across all modules, ensuring seamless HR operations. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to implement improvements, resolve issues, and promote the strategic use of Workday. The HRIS Analyst will also lead system enhancements, manage integrations, and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards. The HRIS Analyst reports to the HRIS Manager as part of the Human Resources team.Key Responsibilities:Workday System Management:Act as the Workday subject matter expert across all modules, including HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Recruitment, and Talent Management.Configure, update, and enhance business processes by partnering with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and ensure data quality.Manage HCM integrations, liaising between internal teams and vendors to implement necessary system changes.Create dashboards and report templates for various end users, including the HR team and leadership, to support decision-making and ensure accessible, real-time data.Oversee system security, create roles, and maintain security policies within Workday.System Enhancements and Optimization:Collaborate with HR leadership to identify opportunities for process automation and system optimization.Lead system enhancements and projects, promoting self-service capabilities and driving user adoption for improved efficiency.Research and recommend system improvements, aligning product features with business objectives.Manage Workday releases, including testing, configuration, and communication of new features.Compliance and Data Integrity:Ensure compliance with legal and privacy requirements (e.g., HIPAA), supporting security assessments, audits, and access reviews.Maintain accurate system documentation and manage updates as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience.5+ years of HRIS or relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on Workday experience.Workday Pro Certification preferred.Strong understanding of HR workflows, system life-cycle phases, and system integrations.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, and strong knowledge of reporting tools.Compensation Range:$81,052.00 - $108,069.00STV encourages candidates to apply even if they do not meet every single requirement.
