IGT has approximately 10,500 employees.OverviewThis is a temporary position expecting to last 6 months with the possibility of an extension or conversion to permanent employment. You will be part of a diverse and global team that is always taking the lead in researching and implementing new technologies with company-wide impact. Collaborate with other global IT departments and stakeholders to transition projects. Continue to grow and develop through researching up and coming technologies that may benefit IGT.ResponsibilitiesDesign and deploy Enterprise IT systems and solutions.Help in the delivery of IT projects within the organization.Help develop and implement project plans, risk assessments, and contingency plans.Assist with hardware, software, and vendor evaluation.Perform research and troubleshoot issues for new system technologies, on-prem and cloud-based, in physical and virtual deployments.Interact with staff and other peer groups at the technical level, as required.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science (or related area); an advanced degree is preferred.1 year of related experience is required.Experience with managing Windows Server (2008 – 2019).Experience with Microsoft modern management experience.Experience with Group Policy configuration.General knowledge about Microsoft 365/Office 365/Azure/Intune expertise (MS Cloud) with all services required.Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation tasks.Experience in global deployments and rollouts of new technologies is a plus.A good understanding of core networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting concepts.Experience with managing users/groups/other objects for Active Directory/LDAP.Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.Strong communication and documentation skills.Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.Must be organized and have the ability to manage projects of varying length.Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently.Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.Keys to SuccessBuilding collaborative relationshipsDecision makingDrive resultsFoster innovationPersonal energySelf-leadershipIGT is committed to sustaining a workforce that reflects the diversity of the global customers and communities we serve, creating a fair and inclusive culture that enables all our employees to feel valued, respected, and engaged.
