Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under, to a campus in San Francisco, CA which is now home to our US operations. This is a hybrid role in San Francisco and you must live within commuting distance to our office.What you’d be doing in this roleAs Canva scales, change continues to be part of our DNA. Our Account Executives work closely with our customers to understand their goals and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.At the moment, this role is focused on:Account Planning: Lead with a data-driven approach to identify and reach out to potential customers who are likely to benefit from Canva's products.Managing Pipeline + Revenue Growth: Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity using Salesforce.Customer Centric: Leverage compelling storytelling to guide customers on a personalized journey.Be a product expert: Exhibit a deep love for Canva’s product and gather customer feedback to inform the Product roadmap.Foster long-term relationships: Build lasting partnerships with customers and internal teams.Bring chaos to clarity: Simplify complex situations into digestible customer-ready stories using Canva’s worksuite.You're probably a match ifYou've got experience working with a range of customers, ideally within a technology company.You have proven success managing a full sales cycle.You’re skilled at understanding and addressing complex business challenges.You've got a talent for creating detailed plans within intricate organizations.You've got the skills to captivate an audience in meetings.You've got a track record of leading successful negotiations.You're comfortable navigating uncertainty in a fast-paced environment.About the teamOur Sales and Success team support Canva Enterprise, with the mission to empower every organization to design.
