We are looking for a talented hands-on Manager to lead the Infrastructure Build and Logistics team. This role is responsible for the timely and predictable delivery of new physical infrastructure to Zscaler data centers, managing a global inventory of parts, and working with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operation and ever increasing global capacity. You will report to the Sr. Director, Software Development Engineering. Responsibilities:

Oversee a small team of build engineers and shipping/receiving personnel. Lead Zscaler's import/export functions as it relates to hardware and other cloud infrastructure and coordinate global shipping (both direct and partner originated) to Zscaler's global footprint. Work across team boundaries within the Infrastructure organization to understand upcoming deployments and plan work queues to meet those targets. Maintain up-to-date inventory counts for Zscaler's global footprint and contribute to talent hiring, people skill development, setting objectives and goals. Responsible for weekly delivery status reporting, cross functional information dissemination, and project updates. What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

3+ years of experience managing a team of IT, Build, or related teams. U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to the nature of the customers assigned to this role. 2+ years of experience with global import/export management and experience with large-scale data center installation and management. BS/MS degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience. What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with programming or scripting with Python or similar languages. Experience sourcing and working with international import/export agents of record and experience with various customs and import rules and regulations (including Schedule B, EORI numbers). Experience with network administration and multiple Linux and FreeBSD build automation tools is a plus. #LI-Onsite #LI-CM3 Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits. Base Pay Range:
