As a Packaged Integrations team member, you will design and build integration solutions and help mentor junior engineers. Build robust and resilient integrations to support a wide range of business needsPartner closely with customer experience, product, and engineering teammatesEngage in the entire development process, from requirements and design reviews through implementation and testingEvolve our deployment pipeline for integrations and the components that support themCoach and mentor fellow engineers to deliver high quality integrationsThink creatively, own problems, seek solutions, and communicate clearly along the wayContribute to a collaborative environment rooted in learning, teaching, and transparencyDesired Skills and Experience

5+ years in a software engineering position with a history of designing and building integrationsExperience with one or more of the following: Python, Java, C#, KotlinDeep experience with integration platform as a service (IPaaS) tools such as WorkatoExperience building cloud native applications on AWS/Azure/Google CloudA degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related disciplineWillingness to learn about new technologies and develop expertise in a business domain/problem spaceUnderstand the value of automated testing at all levelsAbility to focus on short-term deliverables while maintaining a big-picture long term perspectiveAn aptitude for complex problem-solvingAbility to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levelsAbility to write clear, concise technical documentationSerious interest in having fun at workAbout Ridgeline
