Dallas, TX , or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.At least 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow.Distinguish ServiceNow roadmap for major ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, CSDM) and integration framework.Define the architecture and roadmap of ServiceNow's CSDM/CMDB best practices to increase operations and business outcomes across the enterprise, allowing for greater visibility of the customer service impact with a better holistic view of the service operations.Establish architecture standards, provide guidance, and conduct code/functional reviews to the project team on the technical design format and content.Design, test, and implement solutions that fit the needs of the business.Drive corporate alignment and architect Network/IT service mapping framework based on CMDB and CSDM industry standards.Participate as a member of an IT technical team.Perform basic analysis of functional or service requirements.Implement end-user or enterprise infrastructure or services as prepared by more senior engineers.Provide end user and routine or basic support of enterprise platforms and services.Monitor the environment and resolve issues utilizing available knowledge reference documentation.Oversee production schedules and ensure production jobs complete successfully without issues. Ensure complete and timely hand-off of incidents to other support teams as appropriate. Assist with enterprise-wide system maintenance and change implementation.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in administering ServiceNow applications, including application design, source code.Provide expert recommendations on proposed implementations, architect new ServiceNow service management systems and processes.Work with application teams globally to ensure their data is accurate and is continuously being updated and/or maintained.ServiceNow working knowledge and experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions for: ITSM, CSM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Integration Hub, portals & workflows.Strong capabilities to define the solution foundation and building blocks, conforming to ServiceNow standards and best practices, majorly in ITSM, CMDB, SAM/HAM and Service Catalog/Portal applications; based on Business need and translate into business, functional and technical requirements.Ability to bring clarity to complex business problems and communicate concepts in a meaningful and concise way.Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.Ability to work in an Agile environment to maintain, configure, operate, implement and extend our ServiceNow service management systems and processes.Support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.Excellent communications and client interaction skills along with exceptional written and verbal skills as well as technical documentation.Extraordinary planning, project management, coordination, and analytical skills.Hands-on experience in working in Global Delivery Model with onsite/offshore resources.Exceptional organizational skills.Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude.Solid attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
