We track all types of play: caddies, walkers, and cart rounds.Position Overview:FAIRWAYiQ is seeking a meticulous and driven Project Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers and manage other internal projects. This role will ensure our onboarding experience is seamless, impactful, and results in high customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will be responsible for all communication during onboarding and must ensure on-time delivery. Success in this role will be measured through customer satisfaction surveys and adherence to project timelines. The ideal candidate will bring experience in project management, a keen eye for detail, and ideally, familiarity with Monday.com. An interest in, experience in, or passion for golf is highly desirable.Responsibilities:Customer Onboarding Management:

Oversee and coordinate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring smooth transitions, high satisfaction, and successful outcomes from initiation through completion.Communication and Customer Satisfaction:

Act as the primary point of communication for customers during onboarding, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and alignment with customer expectations. Deliver projects on time, with success measured through customer surveys.Project Planning and Execution:

Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets for both customer-focused and internal projects, keeping them aligned with FAIRWAYiQ’s operating principles.Cross-Functional Coordination:

Work closely with the customer success, technical support, product teams, suppliers, and installation partners to drive project progress, manage dependencies, and address challenges proactively.Process Improvement:

Continuously assess and refine onboarding and project management processes to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain organized project documentation, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management.Qualifications:At least 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology-related projects.Proven experience managing technology projects, and preferably both hardware devices and application software.Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field is desired but not required.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with project management tools; experience with Monday.com is preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.Ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for understanding complex customer challenges and crafting tailored solutions.A passion for delivering amazing customer experiences and exceeding customer expectations.Continuous learner with a desire to dig deep into new business, project management and technology topics.Self-motivated and results driven. You thrive in a dynamic startup environment and are passionate about contributing to our growth.An interest in golf is preferred, to better align with our mission and client base.Previous experience in the golf industry at a technology provider is a plus.Location and Work Arrangement:This role is based in our Dedham, MA office, where the Project Manager is expected to work most of the time. Flexible work arrangements are available as needed to support a balanced and effective work environment. Occasional travel to customer sites across the United States may be required.
