From email marketing to digital advertising and database analysis, industry leaders such as Madison Square Garden, New York Jets, Fanatics Events, and Foxwoods Casino Resort rely on Leap’s Marketing & Analytics expertise to turn their customers into loyal fans.As a Performance Marketing Director, you will build out and oversee a team of experts designing and executing paid ad campaigns for some of the world’s biggest events and most iconic brands. You will be responsible for hiring a lean but mighty team, delivering client success through performance marketing, reporting, and strategy, plus campaign development and optimization.Sounds interesting? Focus on client success through performance marketing that drives ROIHire and manage a team of stellar digital marketersProvide industry expertise and guidance around emerging trends and best practicesDevelop and manage paid search strategy and implementationDevelop and manage paid digital and social strategy gameplansAnalyze campaign results and proactively provide recommendations to clientsPresent campaign plans and reports on a regular basisConsult on campaign creative elementsIntroduce additional marketing campaign strategies outside traditional performance marketing channelsFrom time to time, advise on Leap’s performance marketing activitiesBENEFITS:We offerMedical, Dental, Vision, and Voluntary benefitsGenerous PTOPaid parental leave (following 12 months of continuous employment)401K MatchUdemy Business, a world-class learning and development platformOFFICE INFORMATION:Leap Event Technology is a 100% remote-friendly company. However, we do offer the option of working in the office for employees located in Montréal (CAN), Dallas (U.S.), Sydney (AUS). All of our offices are stocked with snacks and drinks and we provide a free lunch every week. We offer a monthly travel stipend, and even host the occasional themed party and happy hour!If you don’t live near an office but happen to be visiting nearby, you can work from the office for as long as you need.Leap Event Technology requires all Event Operations employees and contractors who will be representing the company at a client event to be fully vaccinated at least two weeks prior to attending. Exemptions are determined by the event organizer. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:BA/BS degree in marketing or related field8+ years of experience in digital marketing (preferably focused on ticket sales)Ideally, has experience working in sports or live event industryAgency experience is preferred but not requiredExperience leading a teamExperience managing a variety of concurrent projectsExcellent presentation skills with demonstrated expertise in digital marketingPassion for the social media and digital content space and an understanding of how consumers engage with and consume content on the various platforms
