Date Available:ASAPThe Merrimack Middle Scool is looking for dedicated and compassionate paraprofessionals to join their staff.
Job Goal:To support students and to implement Individual Educational Plans and other prescribed plans, under the direction of a certified teacher or licensed professional.
Responsibilities :• Provide academic support• Maintain communication and collaboration with students, parents, and staff• Provide a safe environment• Accommodate students medical/physical needs
Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• Experience and/or specialized training with individuals with special needs preferred• May require further specialized training and/or skills in addition to specific school assignments.
Hours per day: 7.25 Following the school calendar with nights, weekends, holidays, and summers off.Days per week: 5Days per year: 183Salary is based on experience starting at $15.81-$18.71 per hour depending on previous/comparable experience.
