BARTLETT ELEMENTARY SCHOOLBartlett is a small school community with about 180 students in grades 1-4 located on Mast Road in the Pindardville section of Goffstown.Paraeducator duties may vary from day to day and include academic support, behavior support, communication support, and assisting students with self-care such as toileting. Paraeducators support students during lunch, recess, specials, and service times with special education and related service providers.You may be assigned to one student or a group of students and work in different classrooms throughout the day.Paraeducators should be willing to learn and implement behavior plans for students who require them.You must be comfortable communicating using a "low and slow" approach when students are dysregulated, remain calm in a crisis, and be physically able to keep up with students and keep them safe.New team members will be provided with training and professional development opportunities.
