BLS, ACLS required- must be able to read and interpret strips
Travel experience preferred
Pay Details:
Gross Pay: $3,231
Hourly Pay: $36.70
Overtime: $55.05
Stipend: $1,323
Must have the following requirements:
• Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment.
• Must have Vent experience
• Nurses will be fitted for N95 prior to working on the HRRU unit unless PAPR is offered/needed.

**For 48-hour contract, OT is paid out after 48 hours**
Their application MUST show some 1:5 ratio experience in the Work History section for SD or PCU.
ICU exp does not count towards SD/PCU exp at this facility, therefore, you MUST have SD/PCU experience to be considered

Floating and Other Requirements:
• Traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretion. Agency will float in/out of specialty clusters. It will be assigned a medically appropriate assignment or support the nursing care team of the unit floated to, including high-risk respiratory unit/COVID.
• If assigned to MVH, this could include floating main campus (Dayton) south campus (Centerville) less than 10 miles from Main Campus and North Campus (Englewood) less than 15 miles from Main Campus.
• Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday.
• Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract.
• Premier Health reserves the right to cancel agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine.
• Travelers are not eligible for Premier health employee incentives.
• Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 3 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract/2 shifts for an 8-week contract
• Premier Health reserves the right to cancel agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine
Unit Details:
Working with Tele/drips/vents
Patient population primarily consists of COPD, CHF, Pneumonia, Flu, Sepsis, Diabetic Ketoacidosis and Post Covid. With the support of Respiratory Therapist, we care for trach, vents, bipaps and high-oxygen requirements. We see insulin drips for both our DKA and DKA population as well as heparin Cardizem and sporadic other drips. Trach/vents on unit no orally intubated patients.

Request RTO with initial submittal; NO RTO will be added after the offer. RTO approval will be at the Manager's discretion. Submittal email must include application and current Nursys report, and other certs are not needed if listed on the application.
