Description

We're seeking a compassionate Rehab CNA to join our team! Assist residents with daily living activities, support rehabilitation efforts and promote independence.

CNA Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under licensed nurse supervision.

Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming).

Support resident mobility and transfers.

Document patient information.

CNA Requirements:

Valid CNA certification.

1+ year of long-term care or rehabilitation experience.
