The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Instructor position in the Academic Support Staff. This position is for a two-year fellowship that provides intensive clinical experiences both domestically and internationally, as well as academic support for a scholarly project and a master's degree. This position will be initially for one (1) year and continuation during that time period and renewal are based on satisfactory performance and availability of funding (limited to two (2) years). Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree. Candidates must be trained in Obstetrics and Gynecology and board certified/eligible in Ob/Gyn.

Responsibilities may include conducting basic, translational and/or clinical research in women's global health. Additional training will be provided in clinical and/or basic science research related to this field.

The successful applicant will have an opportunity to participate in clinical responsibilities as a member of the Academic Specialists in Penn Ob/Gyn Associates.
