Large outpatient team- 15 Providers ( 4 Physicians and 11 PA/NPs)Community Health Clinic with Primary Care, OB, and Behavioral Health on same campusAcute walk in visits for URI, UTI, injuries, headacheChronic patient visits for Hypertension, Diabetes, Congestive Heart Failure, Asthma, Thyroid diseaseWell exams, annual Physicals, Sports Physicals,See 16 patients in an 8 hour day and 18-20 patients in a full 10 hour daySee all agesEMR-
