About the Orthopedic Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner opportunity
2 Surgeons (Spine/Total joints and Foot/Ankle) and 2 Advance Practice Providers (both with practice over 10 years)Office hours are 8-5, Monday-FridayGeneral outpatient Ortho exams including ankle sprains, rotator cuff tear, clavicle fracture, knee ligament injuries, back pain, and post operative follow ups- Total hip/knee, disc repair and laminectomyNon-invasive spine care with injections and PTNo call or eveningsNo weekend hoursSee 20 patients a dayOpportunity to do Trigger Point, Joint, and Bursa injectionsProviders see both scheduled patients for evaluations or follow ups and urgent care same day visits.EMR is AthenaOffice has X-rays and MRIOffice has Physical Therapy department for referral for patients post-op or injury recovery

Graduate with Master's DegreeNational CertificationNew Mexico State Medical LicenseCareer or training focus on musculoskeletal disease and training in OrthopedicsJoint injection experience or willingness to trainStrong EMR experience to allow timely documentation and daily progress notesCommitment to the area- enjoy small town community feeling and enjoy New Mexico living

Base salary is $130,000-160,000 depending on experienceRoom for negotiationHealth InsuranceVison and Dental InsurancePTO is 3 weeks and grows each year401K RetirementOffice closed for all major holidays (7) each yearCME time and allowance
