Patient Tech - Oncology Ambulatory Services
Full Time - Day - 40 hours
The Ambulatory Oncology Infusion Clinics
provides both standard of care and research chemotherapy/immunotherapy, supportive care infusions, and clinical interventions for hematologic and solid tumor malignancies. Other performance and patient outcome services include nurse telephone triage, discharge planning, care coordination, ambulatory clinical evaluation, and advanced drug preparation. Registered Nurses (RNs) care for patients with solid tumor diagnosis in the Viragh Building and patients with hematologic malignancies in the Weinberg Building. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredActive Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Maryland is required.1 year of acute care (hospital) tech experience within the most recent 2 years is required (EMT or CRT experience may be considered)BLS CPR certification required: AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted.

Salary Range: Minimum 17.37 per hour - Maximum 26.13 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
