Job SummaryThe EMT is accountable for performing basic life support service and emergency response calls in accordance with the established Minnesota Department of Health Standards and following standing orders and ambulance protocols.Serves as either a patient attendant or driver of the emergency vehicle.
Education and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Licensure/Certification/RegistrationMust have a current Minnesota State Emergency Medical Technician ( EMT) certification.Basic Life Support is required upon hire.Valid Driver's License is required upon hire.
Work SchedulePRN, as needed
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.$17.50 - $23.00 per hour
