Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)The Nurse Manager is responsible for directly assisting the Assistant Vice President of Women & Children's Services in ensuring the optimal delivery of care and service to patients and families in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and the Pediatric Unit. Responsibilities include interviewing and selecting staff, scheduling, performance appraisals, clinical support and resource to the staff and educator.
-3-5 Years of recent acute care experience in related specialty required
-NYS RN license required..
-Masters Degree in Nursing required or currently enrolled and working toward completion.
-Progressive Management, Leadership experience with a minimum of three years required.
-Excellent Organizational, communication and written skills required.
-BCLS Certification required.
-NRP Certification required
- Certification in the area of specialty preferred
Salary Range: $130,000 - $145,000
