Mercy Personal Physicians at Manchester (Manchester Family Medicine) provides comprehensive family medicine for patients of all ages, including pediatric, adult and geriatric care. For more than 50 years we have served the residents and communities of Manchester and Northern Carroll County in Maryland as well as Southern Pennsylvania.

The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant is an independent health care provider who, working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary health care team, is responsible for providing comprehensive care for our patients (family focused). The NP / PA educates clients and/or any available family members in order to promote wellness, prevent health problems, maintain current health, and intervene in illnesses.
Requirements
* Must be the graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program* Minimum one year work experience as a primary care provider* License requirements: Current State License* Must be CPR certified* EPIC experience preferred however not required.* Must be computer literate or learn within 6 months, be able to follow written and oral instructions, be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner.* Must be able to work independently and possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action, be flexible, have personal integrity, and the ability to function effectively as a team with other employees.* Must possess the ability to effectively communicate and deal tactfully with other personnel, visitors, patients, physicians, customers, and the general public.
