We are seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our busy clinic located in the Gateway area of NE Portland. Workdays consist of four 10-hour shifts (40 hours a week) with no weekend, evening or holiday call requirement. You will work with exceptional physicians and other Advanced Practice Providers who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care.

Our busy practice receives a high volume of patient appointments and calls, and we are searching for a committed team player to provide high quality patient care in a team setting. This position will provide primarily outpatient care and may be part of a rotation in the hospital.

Primary duties include specialty care services, including assessing and managing gastroenterology patients, while following established standards and practices. We treat all aspects of GI conditions and preventive care, our advanced practice providers play a critical role in the care of our patients. This role will be offered excellent physician mentor support.

Workdays will be Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. Starting pay range, based on experience, $115,000 - $173,000 per year.

Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees and parking is free.

Qualifications:

* Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program and current Oregon license.* Minimum of two years of professional PA or NP experience in a clinical setting is preferred.* Prior experience within gastroenterology, internal medicine or family medicine a plus.* Previous Gastroenterology experience is preferred.* Current CPR/BLS within 60 days of hire. ACLS may be required by specialty.* Prior experience with EPIC a plus.* Ability to maintain positive working relationships with physicians, and office staff, patients and their families.* Excellent communication skills and professionalism.* Strong commitment to patient care team concept and privacy guidelines.
