JOB SUMMARY:
The Respiratory Therapy & Pulmonary Lab Director collaborates with Sr leadership & subordinate staff to plan, implement & evaluate processes related to performance improvement, staffing effectiveness, fiscal management, staff competence & customer service outcomes within designated units/services. Ensures that regulatory requirements/standards are communicated, implemented & monitored. Collaborates with other members of the healthcare team to plan, implement & evaluate activities related to department & organziational objectives. Models customer service excellence.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's Degree
5 Years of Experience
Respiratory Care Practitioner
At least five (5) years in administrative or supervisory experience
Broad knowledge of the disciplines represented in the department and of the laws and regulations pertaining to services provided by the department.
The expected hiring range for this position is $67.58 to $92.93
