Duties:Providing excellent primary care for every member of our community from newborns to seniors in an outpatient setting Being a part of a forward-thinking integrated care model with high collaboration and support between departments

Qualifications:Valid CA Nurse Practitioner license. Board Certified. Must be eligible to apply for 103 NP certification by BRN; if not already approved Chapa-De recognizes that our strength lies in our people.
